KUM1910
I was working for employer A and transferred to employer B. When I checked with employer A regarding my final paycheck and relieving letter they are not responding to emails or messages. It’s been 50 days since last paycheck but I already joined another employer. How to get my final paycheck from employer? I don’t have any proof other than last paycheck, bank statement and emails. They never reply to my emails and only talk through phone. Besides these guys did not file LCA when I worked for a client and they were using previous LCA which they filed.. please suggest if there will be any issue for me if I go to DOL regarding my paystub issue. JoeF
They obviously don't want a written record. After you talk with them on the phone, write an email summarizing the phone call, and ask them to correct any mistakes. That way, you have a written record. That is important if you have to use them for your money. Quote Link to comment

Zodiac System
Contact the client you worked for and ask this client if they have paid to the employer ...... because you have not received your payment for the work. Many employers will respond in this situation as they do not want to ruin their business relations with the end client. Good Luck. Edited April 11 by Zodiac System Quote Link to comment
JoeF
File a complaint with DOL on form WH4. It is always best to have as much documentation as possible. Quote Link to comment
