I have my PERM filling in progress and need to file my I140 post that (expecting around 6 months more). I have received H1B lottery for 2024 Cap from another company B and started the process Following is the Query. 1. If my I140 is approved from company A and move to company B, can i use it for my H1B extension from company B after 6 years 2. If my Approval for H1B petition is successful, Is it mandatory to join in October 2023 can i delay joining the company B, until what time it is possible ? 3. In case we initiate H1b petition with Consular processing, is it mandatory to go for stamping to India or can we do a amendment later to Change of status in USA and convert from L1B to H1B Quote
