Sagar setty Posted April 4 Report Share Posted April 4 I am working for a company A from last 9 months and I got a offer from company B , also visa transfer completed successfully to company B , but what are the problems it will come when my company A employee can do to me ? Will they able to revoke my visa or can they able to put any notice on me to USCIS? Quote Link to comment
JoeF Posted April 4 Report Share Posted April 4 When you leave company A they are required by law to inform USCIS that you no longer work there. That results in revocation of the H1 petition, NOT the visa. It is an administrative thing and has no negative effect on you. Quote Link to comment
