Ram_S Posted April 3, 2023 Report Posted April 3, 2023 Hi There, GC filed under future employment and the i140 was approved before 7 months, but haven't get an opportunity to work with the employer ever since, wanted to know if the i140 is still be used for extensions, H4EAD? Note : Assuming no employment was taken before or after. The i140 passed 6 months (for the employer to revoke) and valid till date Thanks! Quote
