Hi Experts,

I have worked in the USA for 3 years. 1 year with my current Employer on H1B visa & with the same employer working in India offshore payroll from the last 3 years.

My consultancy in India is very small scale company, can they file EB1C for me.. firstly I would like to know do the consultancies file EB1C..?

 

Appreciated any inputs.
