H1B extension with 2 approved I140

Hi,

I have 2 approved I140 as below.

1 - Company A - EB3 - Priority date - Oct 3 2011 - EB3 Final action date is current as of April 2023 bulletin.
2 - Company B - EB2 - Priority date - Oct 3 2011 - EB2 Final action date is not current as of April 2023 bulletin.

I am with currently with Company C and applying for a 3 year H1B extension. I have not started green card processing with Company C yet. Will I be able to get a 3 year extension based on the previous EB2 I140 approval? Since EB3 is current, will it impact the extension since I have not filed 485 within 1 year of being current?
