sen1984 Posted March 29 Report Share Posted March 29 Hi All, This is general question, Assume if i have selected in H1B lottery in employer A. is it ok to transfer H1B lottery selection to employer B to proceed the LCA and filing the H1B petition ? or wait for employer A to proceed the LCA and approval and then transfer to employer B. JoeF Posted April 4 Report Share Posted April 4 The selection is tied to the employer. It can not be changed to another employer. Once you have approval for employer A and have started working for employer A on the H1 then you can transfer the H1. Quote Link to comment
