Does the USCIS consider as duplicate applications and rejects, when multiple H1 applications picked for the same employee/ beneficiary from different employers? If yes, in this case what will be best idea to file H1B petition to get approved without any queries/ rejections from USCIS? Is it better to withdraw selected applications first from all other employers except the one decided to go for H1B petition filing?
