Paula Posted March 9 Report Share Posted March 9 Hi, My h1b visa expires on March 30th and I have i94 valid until April 9th Here is my Scenario, My previous job ended on December 30th, and now I have another employer A who has filed for my h1b visa transfer on Feb 24th and in regular processing and its in pending state. I have got one more offer from different company B and they are also willing to do my H1b visa transfer on premium processing. 1. can company B file for my H1b visa transfer ? if so does that mean they are dependent on my current employer-A visa transfer status?
