Belgian Reethmary Posted March 5 Report Share Posted March 5 Hi, I have plans to go India this December, my current visa expires at April 2024. my wife have h4 approval and EAD approved till April 2024. now my plan is , I will get H1b another extension before reaching India in premium processing, I am not sure if h4 extension will be approved by then. so if we travel travel to India , can my wife use my h1b to get stamped (dropbox) again or it is mandatory to wait till her h4 approval? or how to proceed here. Kindly help. Note: out stamped visa expired at aug 2021, we are currently on h1/h4 extension(approved till April 2024) . Quote Link to comment
