Now my wife is traveling to US for first time on H4 visa which we got through previous employer, Will there be any issue for her at the port of entry? and what all documents should she carry along with her Quote Link to comment
Zodiac System Posted February 1 Report Share Posted February 1 (edited) I dont think she will. I hope her passport has a validity of more than one year to accomodate an I-94 stamp at port of entry, if your I-94 is valid for more than one year.
