Then I have applied for L2 visa and submitted passport on dropbox. In the meantime I got one opportunity in my preferred location(for H1B visa) Will my H1B stamp will be strike out during L2 stamp or is it safe? In such case can I choose H1B or L2 during my travel or only the latest will be taken into account? Quote Link to comment
