H4 EAD validity after changing status to H1B and back to H4

Hi, I had applied change of status from H1b to H4 and H4 EAD based on my spouses H1 in 2020 and got it approved. My H4 and EAD were valid until June 2023. However in 2022, I found an employer who would sponsor me an H1B so changed my status to H1b again. (Did not revoke or do anything with the h4 and ead).

I was laid off from my company in August 2022. So I applied for change of status to H4 again (and EAD). My COS to H4 got approved but my EAD is still pending. Since my old EAD is valid until June 2023, can I start working with that until my new EAD gets approved?
