H1B amendment with 3 locations in LCA

Hello All

Need some inputs on the below scenario. I have an LCA which is valid for 3yrs, with 3 locations in it 1. Austin, TX; 2. Dallas, TX; 3. Cleveland, OH. My employer is in TX, I am working remotely from OH. I am planning to move to Dallas, in this case

1. Do i need to file a H1B amendment before moving to Dallas.
2. Can i make use of the same LCA for filing the amendment?
3. Do i still need to post the LCA in the new location?

Appreciate any thoughts on these questions.
