I am going for H1B renewal stamping to India from USA. There is a question regarding “Have you ever been issued a U.S. Visa?”. Should I provide my original H1B visa stamping? Before H1B, I also had F1 visa but I think given that section only asks for last visa issued, so, I should provide my H1B visa stamping details. Is that right?
