DK13 Posted December 21, 2022 Report Share Posted December 21, 2022 My mother left for India on February 22 and returned on November 22. In the previous year, she spent more than six months in India. We currently have a family emergency, therefore she must fly back to India and stay there for a minimum of six months. Will this affect her green card in any way when she enters the US again?
