Hi..

I am in USA on L1 visa which is valid till 4 Dec 2022.

i got my H1 visa approved on 7 Sep 2022. I have travelled to india on 23 Sep 2022 and returned to USA ON 24 Oct 2022 due to family emergency .

I had valid stamping L1 visa for travel so I did not went for my H1 stamping in India due to no physical H1 approval notice.

My question is Is there any problem with not stamping H1 visa as present i am in USA.

Please give me an answer it will be helpful.
