Hi,

I have a question about my 17yrs son.

Am on H1-B and my husband and son are on H4. I have valid H1-B stamp in my passport and my husband also have valid H4 stamp in his passport but on has H4 approval notice and he is alone and travelling to India to visit his grandparents.

I have already booked his h4 visa interview but can he attend interview alone? as we are not travelling to India.
