nallanitish Posted December 7, 2022 Report Share Posted December 7, 2022 Hello, I am currently on H1B and my GC is under process where my PERM was recently filed with Dept. of Labor. Now, if I move to a different state and work completely remote with my primary office being in a different state, do I have to file for any amendment on H1B? And will this affect my GC process by any way as I will be working the entire year from remote location? Thank you for the help! Quote Link to comment
