Hi,

I am currently working in USA and on R1 visa till March 31,2023, However my visa renewal is applied and approved already from April 1,2023 to Sep 30,2025.

I am planning on travelling to India in February and my visa appointment interview is scheduled on Feb 24,2023.
Currently my passport has stamping already till March 31,2023.

Does USCIS consider the new I797 dated April 1,2023 to Sep 30,2025 to be stamped on my passport ?
