H1B Amendment Filed After moving to new location

Hi,

Currently my h1b visa approved for 3 years, recently we moved to new place. We filed for amendment after moving to new place.I got RFE asking whether, i moved before filing or after filing(and new paycheck was issued based on new address). I have some questions regarding this.

1)Can my amendment denied because of this?If yes, will there an issue with paychecks with irs since we ran paystubs from new state.

2) Can my original h1b be revoked because of this?

Address on paychecks and company medical records should be changed only after the location amendment petition is filed.  If you have new address on your paystubs and company medical records, after the petition was filed,  then you should be good.  Good Luck.
