YsBabu Posted November 18, 2022 Report Share Posted November 18, 2022 Hi, I am working for a company 'B'(Legal Employer and payroll is on this) which is subsidiary of company 'A' and applying for STEM OPT. I need E-verify number for my I-765 application, but only company 'A' is enrolled in E-verify and my HR says they have only one enrollment and they use that for all subsidiary companies. Is is valid to provide Parent company E-verify number in I-765 application ? Quote Link to comment
