H4 dependent has Valid Stamping but it is from Previous Employer and H1 is moving to different employer. Can dependent travel with Old employer stamping

I'm changing my employer. My wife is having a valid visa stamped with my old employer. She is planning to come in early 2023. Does she need to go for visa stamping again? or can travel with existing valid stamping done with previous employer by having the latest H1 approval (from new employer)?

The H4 visa is not employer dependent. it is based on your valid H1 status with any employer.

Hence existing visa plus your H1 Petition approval are all she needs to return.
