saidam Posted November 11, 2022 Report Share Posted November 11, 2022 I applied i485 as derivative applicant to my spouse and I also maintain my h1 balance and I have approved i140. With retrograde dates currently I only have EAD and AP and waiting for pad to be current . I would like to apply i485 as primary when my dares become current . Do I need to maintain my h1b to apply? My employee does not want to maintain h1 if anyone gets EAD. Please help providing the details . Thank you Quote Link to comment
