ArjunReddy9 Posted November 10, 2022 Report Share Posted November 10, 2022 Hi Folks, I have received receipts for I-131,I-485, and I-765 but my wife received receipt notices for only I-131, and I-485. I-765 receipt notice is missing for her. Is this normal? Our attorney says they did file I-765 for my wife too but not sure why the receipt notice is not received and that is all the information they are giving us unfortunately. Did anyone encounter similar issue? My wife is currently on h4 and has h4 EAD and is currently working. We also received biometric appointments and are due next week. Is not receiving i-765 notice going to hurt us? How do we approach this situation? Please advise. Thanks Quote Link to comment
