Unable to view Latest Visa slots post 2nd MRV receipt payment

Dear Sir, Team,

I paid for my MRV receipt 2nd time as I rescheduled more than 4 times during 1st attempt. But now I am not able to see any latest November 2022 months appointments even though they are available, I can only see appointments from Aug 2023. New receipt is fresh with no appointments booked yet. Any suggestions or help to overcome this situation will be highly appreciated.
