su_resh55 Posted November 1, 2022 Report Share Posted November 1, 2022 Hi All, I'm working in USA with H4 EAD and my employer filed H1B petition & change of status from H4 to H1. I could see that my H1B receipt number got approved yesterday. I would like to know whether my visa got converted to H1b or it may take some more to reflect ? Zodiac System Posted November 3, 2022 Report Share Posted November 3, 2022 (edited) Once you receive your H1b Approval notice, I-797A Notice of action, from your employer, it will have validity dates.
