Family I-130 Approved while my Citizenship interview is schedule.

Hi,

I am green card holder and wife. daughter(3yr old) live in India waiting to get Greencard. Their i-130 recently approved & Submitted documents to NVC with 864/DS160 forms. My Citizenship interview is scheduled but will change my status. will that affect my family processing time and also will it cancel their current applications.
Question: Is it best to postpone citizenship interview until their interview is complete or attend the interview. Please advise.
