previous emp I140, refile GC with New Emp

Hi,

 I had this concern regarding GC initiation with my current employer.

I have an i-140 approved with Emp A, where i stayed more than 180 days before i changed employer. I'm waiting to file GC with new employer using the old priority date. Cause of concern, would i lose my Priority date incase if i my new perm or 140 get denied. Since my very first GC ended in a rejection i'l bit concerned.

Do we have options to reclaim old priority date once we are sure the new application 140 is approved.
