H1B Transfer - Missing Paystubs

Hi Team,

 

I came to USA on h1b in 1st May and joined a job on 18 july 2022 . My employer has stared running the pay stubs from july . 

I don't have pay slips during may to Jun  period 

 

My h1b  transfer in process and USCIS  is asking for May and June Paystubs . I need to submit ASAP. 

Please help me finding the solution

you do not mention the circumstances. You came here on a H1 visa to work for this sponsor, and it would seem he did not have a project for you. He was still on the hook for your salary once you reported for work or at least from June,1. It is his legal obligation, and you need to make a complaint about the matter to the federal DOL.

Does running paystubs also mean he is actually paying you? 

It may help your long-term plans to discuss the situation you find yourself with a lawyer.
