I am on H1-B and was on "Employer A" previously and then transferred to "Employer B" and approved Untill 2024 Jan. My wife is on H4 (I-797) was also applied during employer A and approved untill October 2023 and during my transfer to employer B we haven't filed the transfer I-797 for H4 as Employer B attorney told that she has approved I-797/I-94 with "Employer A" should be good and when we go for stamping I can drop My current employer I-797 and her old (Employer A) I-797. Questions: 1. Is that true and we can do in such way? 2. We have to file I-797 for H4 with my current employer and should go for stamping? Quote Link to comment
