H1B with 40 quarter credits(10 years) of SSN going back to India. Can i get SSN benefits after 62 age?

Hi i am on H1b(i140 approved) completed more than 10 years of service in US and achieved 40 quarters credits with SSN. now going back to India for good and have no plans to come back to US. Considering that i will not get my GC and retiring in India. 

Am i eligible to get Social Security benefits after the age of 62, can i claim from India with direct deposit to Indian bank? are there any legal hurdles which stop me from claiming this?
