H4-EAD status when returning on I-485 AOS based Advance parole

Hi All,

Spouse on H4 will be returning to USA using I-485(AOS) based Advance Parole which will make her H4 status invalid. We will immediately file for H4(I-539) extension once she returns. Would the H4-EAD be still valid while her H4-Extension is still pending or should we also apply for new H4-EAD and I-485-AOS based EAD?
