sanju.3 Posted October 12, 2022 Report Share Posted October 12, 2022 (edited) I was terminated from Company A on August 8th (60-day grace period ends October 5th) and Company B filed a h1b transfer petition for me on October 3rd and received the receipt on 4th, but company B gave me joining date on October 24th (after the 60-day grace period ends). Is that okay? fyi: I mentioned to company B that i will join on receipt but the project starts from Oct24th and they are not ready for me to start on receipt , is there any problem in my h1B status?, Company folks are saying there is no problem but i want to check again to make sure i am not in trouble.
