We moved back to India in 2020 has she got a 221G admin processing (result still pending), but now we are planning to travel back to the USA in early 2023 on my H1B and she will be on a dependent visa, she has resigned. My question is, I am applying H4 visa for her, what should my response should be for below questions? please advise Has anyone ever filed an immigrant petition on your behalf with the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services?
