aKalyani Posted September 28, 2022 Report Share Posted September 28, 2022 My Mother- in- Law had her Visa Stamping only till June 10th(already expired). She had entered the United States of America on the 17th of May. Upon entering the states, She was granted I-94 for 6 months which will expire on the November 16th 2022. We have applied the 130 online on her behalf on July 17th on her behalf . Also 485 , 131 and 865 were all submitted later thru mail on the September 26th. Now we are not sure if she can stay in the States as her 485 is already applied? If she cant stay, Can we apply for an extension on her I-94? What are our options? We are in a dilemma whether she can stay in the United states or she has to leave once her I-94 expires though we have applied for her GC. Any information on this situation will be much appreciated.
