txAOSUser Posted September 17, 2022 Report Share Posted September 17, 2022 My wife is on H4 visa (dependent of my H1 visa). She got EB2 EAD recently (PD Aug 2012), but no Advance Parole. If she starts working for an organization using EB2-EAD and then if she travels to India next year for a summer vacation, is she eligible for H4 visa stamping because I will be still on H1 visa when she travels?
