SamH4 Posted September 17, 2022 Report Share Posted September 17, 2022 My spouse got her green card in May’22 but her pending H4 extension application( filed in Mar’22) got approved later in Jun’22 upto year 2025. 1. My question is Did H4 approval affect her permanent resident status as h4 approval happened later? 2. Does Last action rule have any effect on LPR status? Quote Link to comment
