After a week, i received a 221g letter with passport back from embassy & they have asked me to come for an in-person interview which is on Aug 16th at Chennai consulate. At Chennai consulate visa officer has asked me to provide the documents which mentioned in the 221g letter, So i have provided all the documents. But unfortunately, my project got ended in April, so my employer told me to answer that i have worked in in-house project to VO & currently I got an offer from different client, but i haven't started working with them yet. Again VO have asked me send additional documents for the New client & i have sent them through email to Chennai consulate. It's been since 3 weeks that i have submitted documents & i haven't heard any update from them yet. Can i know how long they will take to give an update in this situation? Quote Link to comment
