Now, I-140 is approved and my P.D is current and I would like to apply for GC via Consular Processing in India. Now, Company that filed for GC is not confirming if they will support me in GC. I have another company that is willing to Offer me job. Please help.. this is an important matter for me and my family. 1. Can I go with another employer if the company that filed I-140 is not confirming? 2. What documents I need from company that filed my I-140? 3. Are there other options than consular processing ?
