US citizen applied for GC for mother living in Canada (Canadian citizen). What happens if mother visits US while the GC process is ongoing? Thank you!

If an individual has applied for their green card through consular processing, they may visit the US in the meantime. However, please note, that these foreign nationals will still be required to demonstrate non-immigrant intent at the time they seek admission as a visitor and, if asked, must disclose other relevant information, such as the pending green card case.
