Lala Kon Posted August 29, 2022 Report Share Posted August 29, 2022 (edited) I got i140 approved under EB2 category with previous employer but it was revoked before 180 days since I had a H1B transfer. My new employer is filing the complete process again starting from PERM. I understand that previous i140 cannot be used for future H1B extensions, but can the priority date be ported.
