COS from F1 to H4 approved, but EAD application got RFE. Currently working on F1 EAD!

I applied for Change of Status from F1 to H4 as well as H4 EAD together, requesting USCIS to approve both H4 and EAD with effective date of 01/02/2023 because my STEM OPT EAD was valid until then. I'm currently employed using this STEM EAD. USCIS approved COS from F1 to H4 on 08/11/2022, but sent RFE for H4 EAD. I just received the notices today, and to my shock the effective date for COS to H4 is 08/11/2022. I had no way of knowing that my status was changed. Does it make my OPT EAD invalid effective 08/11/2022? If yes, I can immediately stop working, but I have already worked after I lost my authorization because I had no knowledge of this change. What should I do? Please advise, I'm scared!
