VeenaHarpal Posted August 9, 2022 Report Share Posted August 9, 2022 Please suggest on below case My I 140 was filled in EB2 Category and has been approved in 2019.Due to pandemic I could not travel to USA and was in role of project manager in India for same employer in 2022 my H1B was approved on role of technical architect by same employer Now I have been moved to USA. Am I eligible to port EB2 to EB1.Since i was in role of project manager in India for more than 1 year Quote Link to comment
