EB3 to EB2 Interfiled without I-485J

Hi,
I Appreciate all for any kind of info / help on my case

Priority Date - Nov , 2013
OCT-2021 - Filed I-485 , I-765 , I-131 on EB3 along with medicals (as data was current on EB3)
Dec-2021 - Biometric done

Jul -2022 - I-140 Filed and approved on EB2 Jul 11th . Interfiling done with I-140 without I-485J.

I could not see any update to my case on USCIS site. Is there any way to find what /when would be the next steps ?
