However, in 2015 I had to return to India for a medical emergency. I had to quit my job. I must have used about 2 years of this H1B. I am in India since 2015. Now, it is July 2022. I want to return to the USA. My previous employer is ready to hire me again. Can the same H1B visa be recaptured? Quote Link to comment
