PKUpadhyay Posted July 8, 2022 Report Share Posted July 8, 2022 Hello, My Wife submitted Dropbox for H4 Visa at Delhi India VAC. Her earlier H4 Visa was expired in March 2021. She has received 221G yellow asking to provide 'Primary applicant current Visa copy'. I have an expired Visa in March 2021. How can we provide a current H1 visa as no current H1 Visa as such but Primary applicant's copy of these were given - Current and previous I-797 of H1B - H1B Visa Expired in March 2021 I have been on H1B in the same company as a full-time employee for the last 7 years and also done a couple of times drop-boxes in the past last 7 years. We have sent question to consulate to provide more clarity, no reply so far. Any thought what could be missing here? Thanks, PkUpadhyay Quote Link to comment
