How to change status from H1B to EAD

I am on H1B visa valid till Aug'2024. My 485 application is pending. 

 

I received EAD GC Card last year for 2 years validity till Aug, 2023. 

 

How my employer can change my status from H1B to EAD GC ?  What employer needs to do ?

 

After changing status from H1B to EAD GC , Can I do/work two jobs both on W2 ?

Your employer will update your GC EAD status on his I9 form.  Also send him a scanned copy of your EAD.

EAD gives you lot of flexibility.  You should be able to work on more than one job on W2.  Good Luck.

You need to contact Human Resources in your Company and fill up form I9 appropriately with proof.
