changed citizenship and moved offshore with 140 approval

Good day everyone,

I had my 140 approved with priority date of Oct'12 under EB2. At that time, I was an Indian citizen. Then, moved to Australia and now an Australian citizen.

If I move to US on E3 visa, Is there a way I can still retain this priority date and file for 140 with another employer ?

Also, can this be done from offshore in Australia?
