Kkasyap01 Posted July 4, 2022 Report Share Posted July 4, 2022 Hello all, Quick question: My daughter (under 14 yrs) and myself both are on H4 without a valid visa stamping. We are currently in India and had to go through the consulate for our visa stamping. My husband who is on H1 who is currently in US has an approved I-797 but with an expired visa stamp in the passport. I booked dropbox appointment for both of us by adding her under me through cgi. I have seen online and am now confused for kid whether she is eligible for dropbox under interview waiver or needs seperate visa interview. Is my child still be eligible for dropbox as both parents do not have a valid US visa? Appreciate quick help!! Any successful stories please advice. Kasyap Quote Link to comment
